The Inventor

Dr. Victor Glotov is the technology’s inventor.  He holds multiple advanced degrees, including a doctorate in Biology, Masters’ Degrees in Biochemistry, Bioengineering, and Management, and a “1st degree license for operations with financial documents” of the Ministry of Finance.  He is a former director of the Technology Division for the Russian aerospace program, and held the rank of Colonel General.  Dr. Glotov is a principal in SonCav, and serves SonCav as Chief of Technology and a Director.
